The personalized message on the card could’ve looked a bit nicer, but that’s just a small thing. Overall, I’d totally recommend this to others and would definitely grab hampers again. I contacted the company, and it was clear I was just getting the usual runaround. They didn’t even ask for my name or order number, just said the production team would be informed. I told them that nothing would come of it; it felt like a company script. Fast forward a month, and guess what? They’ve done absolutely nothing—still promoting a gluten-free hamper that contains gluten. Coeliac disease isn’t just a fad; it’s a serious lifelong condition.

On a brighter note, Hampers with Bite reached out to me after my initial review and have updated their gluten-free listings.

Originally, I gave this review one star, focusing on the gluten-free hamper, but I did buy four in total. The supply, delivery, packaging, and contents of the other three hampers were top-notch and definitely worthy of a five-star rating. Since the company responded quickly and genuinely, I’ve upgraded my overall experience to five stars now.

I was really pleased with the variety of Lunar New Year gift baskets. I ended up ordering two for the same folks without checking what was inside (Lesson learned: don’t rush things). To make a long story short, Customer Service had to cancel one of my orders due to duplicate items. However, they handled it super efficiently and courteously, and I received my refund right away. The best part? The basket was absolutely gorgeous, featuring items in vibrant red packaging (which is pretty rare) and the recipients were quite impressed. I’ll definitely be ordering again. One thought though: it would be great to see a broader selection of baskets!
